Sibco provides multi-purpose ABS monofilament and Butyl Styrene multi-purpose monofilament which can be used on the Fused Deposition Modelling systems.
We provide ABS in natural white, blue, dark gray, and any customer required color.
We provide Butyl Styrene in light gray color only, which can be used as a support filament.
All our spool sizes fit on the FDM 1650, FDM 2000, FDM 3000, FDM 8000, Quantum
and Maxim RP Equipment. (Registered trademark of Stratasys.Inc)
We provide yellow and pink foam in the following sizes:-
10" x 10" x 1.5"
18" x 18" x 1.5"
We also provide acrylic sheets at 21" x 25" x 0.060"
Sibco provides full service repairs for all FDM extrusion heads. We also provide service repairs on the FDM 1650, FDM 2000, FDM 3000 and FDM 8000.
Sibco also refurbishes the X-Y tables for the FDM systems. For service repairs or a parts quote, please contact us.
If your budget or needs do not justify purchasing a new Rapid Prototyping system, we can provide used FDM machines for at least 50% below the cost of new equipment. Not only will we provide you with the equipment, but we will install it, maintain it, and train your employees to operate it to successfully produce the most accurate parts.
