SIBCO, INC. offers a comprehensive HANDS ON Advanced Training Workshop to teach students to fully utilize and understand the Helisys Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM) Technology. The training will take place at the customer site so that any issues with the machine will be addressed on the spot. The purpose of the advanced training program is to allow the operator to produce a high quality ACCURATE LOM part.
INTENDED AUDIENCE
This course is intended for existing LOM technicians involved in operation
and maintainence of Helisys LOM systems.
PREREQUISITE KNOWLEDGE
Participants are expected to have a minimum of 3 months "hands on"
LOM operation experience. It is recommended that all attendees have a LOM
system including LOMSlice software environment.
During this five-day course, students will learn:
Data Pre-Processing
Machine Set-Up
Build Techniques (hands on)
Separation and finishing techniques
